Seamless

Cracks and joints can be filled forming a solid floor to help keep water and pests at bay. When water seeps into cracks and freezes during the harsh New York winters, it expands and can make existing problems even worse.

Our Epoxy Floor Coating Process

1. Prep Concrete with Diamond Grinder

We first fill in the cracks and seams (if desired) which blocks moisture from getting into the concrete, and also gives you a perfectly smooth and seamless floor. After the cracks and seams are filled, we use a diamond grinder to roughen the whole surface of your floor to improve adhesion during Step 2.

2. Apply Epoxy Base Coat

A tinted primer base coat is added on top of the grinded floor. Think of this layer as the primer on your floor. It goes mostly unseen, but it is very important and improves durability.

3. Broad-Cast Full Layer of Chips

A full layer of decorative chips are broad-cast for full and even coverage of the floor. This layer adds style as well as extra durability. Full range of colors available.

4. Apply Polyurea Top Coat (High Durability Clear Coat)

The final layer is an extremely durable, chemical resistant, & UV stable top coat. This top coat is specially formulated to resist discoloration over time leaving your floor looking fantastic for years.
