Our Story

We started our company in 2006 as part of The Crack Team®, a foundation crack repair franchise. We grew quickly, and in subsequent years we added basement waterproofing, foundation stabilization and coatings, all related to fixing problems or enhancing existing concrete and foundations.

By 2009 we had outgrown The Crack Team and we introduced concrete raising and leveling services and re-branded as Concrete Raising of Upstate New York. We continued to add services, including epoxy floors, joint sealing, and foundation piering. We have also expanded our primary and secondary service areas.

Our drive to continue to add value to our customers through quality services has lead us to rebranding once again to The Concrete Team to better reflect our broad service offerings, geographic scope and our customer oriented, team philosophy.
